Returning Your Order If You're Not Happy
That's perfectly fine, just contact us to let us know before we send out the order and we'll refund in full, we must say though that once the package has left our warehouse that we cannot refund until you have sent the package back to us. We advise to send it on a tracked postal service so it doesn't get lost. When we do get it back though we will refund in full.
OK, as distance selling regulations state we must give you a 14 day cooling off period, but also see below for our money back guarantee. If you still decide you no longer want them then you can contact us and let us know, we'll direct you to return the order to us, and when we receive it back we will refund in full.
